In 2010 I started an independent record label in Kansas City, smack dab in the American Heartland. Why?

1. I firmly believe that the Kansas City metro area has talent that rivals any other city in the United States with the only exceptions being LA, NY and Nashville. KC artists are gutsy, original and once people catch on, I believe KC will be like another Seattle in the 90's.

2. I see a need to help empower Midwestern musicians with opportunities, knowledge and services to help them succeed.

3. I'm a business man. I believe in working hard to achieve your success. You should pull for me and help if you can. My aim is help create jobs at a time when we need more jobs.

I support KC music through other avenues as well. I created and manage a group on Facebook for KC Area Musicians. We use that forum to communicate needs as well as promote shows and material.
